As a BSN, RN, MSN, FNP-C, Integrative Medicine Fellow I am here as a passionate advocate and guide for those who are facing complex and confusing health issues. I am trained in a variety of healing modalities, which enables me to take a holistic and highly personalized approach to the healing of each individual. Together with my patients we focus on healing the whole person--body, mind, and spirit--so they can return to a healthy and vibrant life.
My Specialities
Integrative Medicine consultations make use of all appropriate therapies, both conventional and alternative, to promote health and wellbeing and prevent illness.
True health begins in the gut, and unfortunately lots of diseases start there too. My goal is to help pinpoint the root cause of gastrointestinal problems and give you tools to heal your gut from the inside out.
Conventional medicine seems to view the body as a separate individual systems, whereas integrative medicine sees the body as a whole. The same is true with complex chronic illnesses.
Energy Medicine works with a model of illness that addresses the electromagnetic field (or energy field) that underlies organs and the physical structure of the body.
My Services
Enlightened Wellness is a cash-based practice. While I do not accept insurance, I am able to write patients a super-bill, which can be sent to insurance.
